Please note that we insist that our guests do not smoke or consume take-away meals in our house.
Failure to comply with our wishes may result in you being asked to leave without recompense and/or extra charges being incurred to cover any damage or loss of business as a result of this. We apologise for the delicate position in which we find ourselves, but hope you will understand that, due to previous experiences, we have found it necessary to adopt these policies in line with the Tourist Board and other guest accommodation in the area to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
Please note: We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract and there can be no allowance or reduction for curtailment of bookings. We regret that, in the event of cancellation of your holiday, you will lose your deposit, which is equivalent to the cost of your first night’s stay. If we can fully re-let your room, then there will be no further charge to you. If we were only able to re-let your room for a portion only of the cancelled or unused period, then you would be liable for that portion we were unable to re-let. We recommend you insure against cancellation.
