Breakfast at Hillsdale

The dining room at Hillsdale is decorated in a fresh contemporary style, with white wooden slatted blinds breaking up the light, so creating a calm and relaxing ambience for the mornings!

We offer a varied and comprehensive breakfast menu from which to make your personal choice to set you up for the day with scrumptious top quality bacon and pork sausages, extra large Lakeland farm eggs – done your way, peppery mushrooms and oven baked  tomatoes, topped off with a hash brown and baked beans……with lighter options, Greek yoghurt, fruit compote, vegetarian / vegan choices and a “fishy alternative” too.

You can also choose from a selection of cereals, seeds and grains, fruits and juices  with toast and preserves (even Marmite for those who “love it”!), a selection of teas and filter coffee in plentiful supply!
